The Pilates method can work for everyone regardless of fitness level. We teach good movement skills step by step, which ultimately give you strength and flexibility.
Matwork classes are at all levels from Starter through to Advanced. Our Matwork classes include Intro to Pilates, Core Pilates, Dynamic Pilates and Modified Pilates. Our class sizes are small and limited to 10 per class.

£12 per class if booked up front for a term
£14 per class if 'drop in' (space permitting)
£11 per class for zoom if booked up front for a term
£13 per class if 'drop in' (space permitting)
To get the most out of your workout, it is important to ensure you are working at the right level. If you are new to Pilates, we suggest you join an 'Intro to Pilates' class or a workshop before joining a Beginners'class.
We also offer 1:1 with our teachers - costing £65 for an hour and £35 for half an hour.
Group Reformer sessions - £25 each (3 max in a class)
